What is the cremation process like?
From the moment your pet arrives, they're identified, documented, and cared for by our own team on-site. Your pet is placed in a dedicated cremation chamber and cremated using modern, respectful equipment, then their ashes are carefully prepared and returned to you in the urn or keepsake you choose.
Can I be present during the cremation?
Yes. Our witness cremation option lets you be present in a dedicated, private space as we gently carry out the cremation. It is available for an additional fee — please call or chat with us so we can arrange a time that works for your family.
What happens to my pet's ashes?
With private cremation, your pet's ashes are returned to you in the urn or keepsake you select. With eco-friendly cremation, ashes are lovingly scattered on a local Kern County farm — a serene, natural resting place.
How long does the cremation process take?
In most cases your pet's ashes are ready to be returned within a few days, depending on the option you choose and your pet's size. We'll give you a clear timeframe when you make arrangements, and we'll call you as soon as your pet is ready to come home.
